PlusCare Services

The PlusCare Clinic is designed to provide healthcare for non-emergent medical needs of our patients for a short term or one-time occurrence.

Our walk-in system is designed to deliver healthcare services in a timely and efficient manner.

This service is extended to existing AST Tribal members and other IHS eligible Native Americans who are the ages of 2 years and up. However, if you are a new (AI/AN) patient to our health system and are in need of our PlusCare Clinic services, please bring with you:

1. Your Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB); and
2. A second form of identification (i.e. Driver’s License or State ID); and
3. Your Social Security Card; and
4. If available, any health insurance card(s).

After your initial visit, you will have the ability to schedule appointments at either the Little Axe Health Center or Shawnee Clinic.

Hours of Operation

9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
PlusCare will be closed the first Wednesday of the month from Noon to 5pm.

1st Appointment - 9:00 a.m.
Last Appointment - 8:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Last Appointment - 4:30 p.m., Saturday - Sunday and Holidays
