All AST Health facilities will observe the following hours on:

• Wednesday, December 4th – CLOSED 12PM-5PM Please note: PlusCare and LA/SC Pharmacies will reopen at 5PM
• December 24th- December 25th — CLOSED for Christmas
• Tuesday, December 31st — CLOSED at 6PM (Including PlusCare and Pharmacies)
• Wednesday, January 1st — CLOSED for New Year's Day

Please plan ahead for any needed medication refills!
