Shawnee Same Day Clinic Appointment Only – 1/1/24

Attention All Shawnee Patients!

 

Effective January 1st, 2024, Shawnee Same Day Clinic will be appointment only!

Established patients must schedule appointments to receive care at the Shawnee Same Day Clinic.

• Same-day appointments are available from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday- Friday

• Shawnee Clinic Open: 7:30 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday

• PlusCare Clinic Open: 8 AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM Saturday & Sunday

  1. The Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health System is announcing a Request for Proposal.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek a Materials Testing & Special Inspections Firm to provide materials testing and special inspection services for the development and construction of a new healthcare facility on behalf of the Absentee Shawnee Health System; a component unit of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma (“the Tribe”).

Patient Signatures Required at Pick-Up

NOTICE:

Effective August 28th, 2023, individual patient signatures are REQUIRED for all on-site medication pickups.

Medication will NOT be dispensed until a legible written signature is obtained upon picking up a prescription.

 

Shawnee SameDay Clinic Now Closed on Saturdays

ATTENTION:

The Shawnee Same Day Clinic will now be CLOSED on Saturdays!

Shawnee Pharmacy will remain OPEN on Saturdays from 9AM-5PM for any needed medication refills.

PlusCare Clinic will also remain OPEN on Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM-4PM.
