Joseph Holtzclaw is a registered dietitian at our Little Axe Health Center. He attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, and has specialized in diet and nutrition for over 15 years. He has been with us since April 2021. When he’s not helping patients, he enjoys supporting his favorite sports team (Sooners) and collecting/selling antiques.
